The following options are available for international students to pay their $750 residence without a Canadian bank account.
PayMyTuition
The University of Guelph has partnered with PayMyTuition for international payments. With PayMyTuition, you can pay your tuition payments from any bank, in any country, in any currency at better than bank exchange rates. To pay your residence deposit through PayMyTuition, use your general University of Guelph payment account. There is no specific "residence deposit" account. Once we receive your payment, we will transfer your residence deposit to your W24 semester term.
For more detailed information about PayMyTuition and step-by-step instructions, visit our Student Financial Services PayMyTuition information page.

Credit Card
As an international student, you also have the option to pay by credit card if PayMyTuition is not working for you. To pay the $750 Residence Deposit via credit card when completing the Residence Application indicate this method of payment when you are selecting Method of Payment. If you are not prompted to pay using a credit card, please email housing@uoguelph.ca to verify your account details and student classification.
Alternate Option for International Students
If you are unable to pay using the options provided, please email housing@uoguelph.ca to discuss alternative methods.
