The application for Winter 2025 residence will open October 1, 2024.

Students currently living in residence do not need to submit a Winter 2025 application, as you are in a two-semester residence contract.  Students active on the Fall 2024-Winter 2025 waiting list who do not receive an residence offer during the fall semester do not need to reappy.  You will have priority for Winter 2025 residence spaces.

1. First, accept your Offer of Admission to the University of Guelph. Congrats, you are now a Gryphon!
2. Next, think about what kind of residence experience you would like to have living on campus. 
   1. Browse the application guide above and see the many residence options available. 
   2. Explore our Residence Tours page - 360 tours, videos, and more.
3. Submit your Residence Application and pay your $750 residence application fee on the Housing Portal. 

 

That's it!  Once we receive your residence application and deposit, you will receive an email confirmation to your @uoguelph.ca email address.  We encourage you to check your email account regularly.
