Applying as a Group

Picture of a group of students in black and white. If you wish to be part of a group, you’ll need to coordinate this with the other members of the group. Each of you will need to submit a group request application.

Here’s how:

  • First, each of you needs to complete the Returning Resident Application form and submit the deposit before the deadline.
  • Once we have verified that each person has submitted an application AND the $250 application fee, you will receive an email inviting you to form a group by logging in to your Housing Portal.
  • You can’t include students currently living off campus or transferring schools as part of your group request.

University Houses & West Residences

You may apply for University Houses or our three-bedroom West Residences townhouse units as a group.

University Houses can take groups of three, four or five depending on the house: the number of University Houses that we use will depend on demand.

University Houses do not have ResNet service. You and your group members will be responsible for installation, hook-up and monthly fees for telephone, cable and internet services. The one exception is West Residence at 78 College Ave.West, where ResNet is provided.
