More about the Graduate Houses:

Graduate Housing fees are due the beginning of each semester. Utilities are included; however, telephone, internet, and cable television hook-ups must be arranged with off-campus suppliers and paid for by the tenants.

All of the Graduate Houses are designated non-smoking. Meal plans (link) are optional when living in the Graduate Houses. Each Graduate House is assigned a large shared mailbox in the University Centre. On-site parking is limited; parking passes may be purchased from Parking Services.

Some Graduate Houses are designated as male-only, some as female-only, and others as co-ed. The number of Houses assigned for each type depends upon demand; you may indicate your preferences on your residence application.
