Cash or Interac (Debit Card)
If you are able to get to campus in person, you can pay your $500 deposit in cash or with a debit card (Interac).
You will need to go to the Residence Admissions Office in Maritime Hall between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. You will be given a receipt for your payment.
We do not accept credit cards or personal cheques.
Money Order, Bank Draft, or Certified Cheques
You can pay your residence deposit with a money order, bank draft or certified cheque. Your bank or credit union will be able to prepare this for you and there is usually a fee.
Write your student ID number on the check, money order or bank draft once you have purchased it. We recommend that you use a courier service (such as Purolator or FedEx) to send the deposit to us as it must reach our office before the deadline.

If you are living outside of Canada, a wire transfer may be more convenient for you. Please make sure your student ID number and your name are included; also note on the form that the payment is for your room deposit. You may have to pay fees both to your bank and to the bank that receives the transferred money, so check with your bank.
